I Made Kimchi Pork Belly PANCAKE

It's been a while, guys! I'm back from my work trip to Paris and Berlin. Since I had leftover kimchi and pork belly, I made kimchi pancakes, of course! In this video, I'm sharing my easy recipe with you, as well as what I ate in Paris and Berlin!
Paris
📍Tran Tran Zai: 47 Bd du Montparnasse, 75006 Paris, France
The spicy beef noodle soup and the dumplings were AMAZING! You can adjust the spice level to your preference, so no worries if you can't eat very spicy food!
📍Vi Hanoi: 282 Rue Lecourbe, 75015 Paris, France
The Nem were perfectly crispy, and I loved the clear beef broth of their Pho! They also serve pickled garlic to enjoy with it-I couldn't stop eating it!
📍La Table Marocaine du XV: 25 Rue du Hameau, 75015 Paris, France
It was my first time trying Moroccan food, and I was impressed! Usually, I'm not a fan of lamb, but their cooked lamb shank was tender and so good!
📍Le Bon Marché: 24 Rue de Sèvres, 75007 Paris, France
It's a department store with a vast range of food, including a bakery and take-away options. If you're a true foodie, this is a MUST-VISIT!

Delicious Sichuan Food!
📍ZUKA Dessertkultur: Emser Str. 25, 10719 Berlin
Definitely a must-visit when you're in Berlin! One of the best pastry shops I've been to so far!
📍SWORD MASTER NOODLE: Dunckerstraße 30, 10439 Berlin
The viral Korean noodle house in Berlin!
📍WaWa Berlin: Grunewaldstraße 10, 10823 Berlin
Their Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew) was a lifesaver, and the portions are enormous. I also highly recommend trying their Pajeon (Korean scallion pancake) with minced meat!

My country, Cuba, has a wierd dish. Mostly due to its name ; "ropa vieja". Its name is wierd because in english it would be translated as "old clothes". Its shredded beef that has been slowly cooked with onions, peppers, olives, tomato sauce, and spices like cumin and oregano. Its really good!
